Packo Inox is growing, Packo Inox is flourishing (www.packo.com). The company that has just been taken over by the Dutch group Verder is active in the production of stainless-steel components. With their specialisation in hygiene-sensitive applications they are active in sectors such as pharma, food and dairy. Demanding industries with high expectations. Maintaining the SME spirit and continuing to innovate is vital if you want to stay ahead of the competition. Cibo plays an important role in this.

Dirk Bocquez, the experienced production manager at the Zedelgem branch, is happy to explain this further. “I see a lot of salesmen come and go. But after the purchase, it's up to the production to make it happen. Realize or improve the proposed production time to make healthy profit margins,  is only possible with the right products and techniques. And the Cibo abrasives help us.”, says Dirk. “More than 20 years ago we chose Cibo based on quality but this alone is no longer sufficient if you want to make a difference. Prices are almost the same everywhere and also there’s not much difference in product quality.”

“Solving problems immediately, that’s how you make the difference.”

Dirk answers immediately when we ask why he has been working together with CIBO for 20 years. “CIBO doesn’t employ sales staff. No, they have technically trained consultants with the necessary knowledge who are there to support you and give you all the help you need. CIBO’s people are available for you and come up with solutions in no time at all when problems occur. Stopping a production line when there’s a problem is simply not an option. We expect a supplier to act immediately and that’s what they do at CIBO”, says Dirk.

Packo Inox purchases a range of products from CIBO. As a result of the strong partnership in recent years production costs have been reduced considerably and efficiency increased. That’s how partnerships work. That’s how you make a difference in the market and for your colleagues. We are looking forward to the next 20 years!

Packo Inox - Dirk Bocquez, production manager
Body top:

Finishing a propeller with unitized op shaft

Packo Inox purchases a range of products from CIBO. As a result of the strong partnership in recent years production costs have been reduced considerably and efficiency increased. That’s how partnerships work. That’s how you make a difference in the market and for your colleagues. We are looking forward to the next 20 years!

Body top:
