I have forgotten my password and cannot log in
You can reset your password Account by clicking Forgot your Password?. After doing so, you will receive an email enabling you to reset your password. If you do not receive an email from us in your inbox, we suggest you check your spam folder.

Please contact our customer service on +32 (0) 16 61 85 85 or [email protected]. One of our staff members will tell you which email address you can use to log in. Want to change your email address? Feel free to contact our customer service department for that too.
I would like to change my password
Changing your password is very easy. Simply go to Account, click Edit and create your new password under Password.

Tip: A strong password should have a minimum of 12 characters and use a combination of upper-case and lower-case letters, numbers and special characters. Try to avoid words that can be easily guessed as well as personal information to ensure you create a strong password. An example of a strong password is X7f!tB3#qL9@dP2.

I would like to add an additional delivery address
It’s not yet possible to add new delivery addresses yourself. Please contact our customer service on +32 (0) 16 61 85 85 or [email protected] if you need assistance. Our team will be happy to help you. 
I would like to add an additional user
Only one administrator is associated with your company by default. Go to Account and click on Users if you want to add an additional user. Click the Create User button and enter the necessary details. You can set a password yourself or have a password created by the user by selecting Generate password.

One of my users is no longer active here and I would like to remove them
Go to Account, click Users and select the user in the user list. Then click on the three-dot menu at the top right, and select the action that you want:
a. Click Temporary to deactivate the user.
b. Click Final to delete the user.
