Shipping
Which shipping partner will deliver my order and what are the shipping options?
At Cibo, we use UPS to deliver our parcels. Deliveries are made Monday–Friday.
How long does delivery take?
Deliveries take:
- 2 business days for Belgium
- 3 business days for the Netherlands, France or Germany
- 5 business days for other EU countries or worldwide.

What are the shipping costs?
Everything is sent locally from Cibo. Orders of over €300 (excl. VAT) are shipped free of charge.
For orders less than €300 (excl. VAT), shipping costs are calculated at:
- €12 for shipping to Benelux countries
- €18 for shipping to Germany
- €20 for shipping to France
- €25 for shipping to Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Italy, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia
- €30 for all other European countries
Orders below €100 (excl. VAT) will also be subject to an administrative charge of €10. For shipping outside the EU, please contact our customer service team.
Is it possible to combine two (or more) orders?
If no items from your first order have been shipped yet, it is possible to combine the shipment of one or more orders. Our staff will also take this into account when processing your orders. Contact our customer service on +32 (0) 16 61 85 85 or [email protected] if you wish to combine your orders.
Returns
If the problem is Cibo’s fault
In general, if the problem is our fault, we will arrange for collection of your order via UPS. You will be sent the correct items as quickly as possible, with no additional costs.
In certain situations, we may make an exception. Our customer service will always contact you personally if we have found an error in your order.

If you ordered the wrong thing
Anyone can make a mistake. If you ordered the wrong product, you can return it as long as it is still unopened in its packaging. If the product does not have any packaging, we ask that the returns are in good condition and the labels are not damaged or illegible.
Please contact our customer service on +32 (0) 16 64 85 85 or [email protected] if you wish to return products without packaging. We will keep 15% of the value of the return, with a minimum of €25 and a maximum of €100. A credit note will be issued to you. You are responsible for the shipping costs for the return.

How long do I have to send my return?
If you wish to return one or more products, you have a maximum of 30 days to send your items back to us. The return period begins on the initial delivery date.
Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund as soon as we have received your returned items and processed them in our warehouse. It can take up to 14 working days for us to process your return once we have received it.
