Proper storage
Abrasives on a flexible backing are highly sensitive to storage conditions. Often, people are careless about this. However, storing your material properly is absolutely worthwhile, in terms of the
improvement
to
lifespan
and
performance
of your abrasives.
- Ambient temperature: 16–24 °C
Relative humidity: 40–70%
Never store directly on a stone or concrete floor.
Never store near to windows or external doors.
Never expose directly to sunlight, heat sources or freezing temperatures.
Store in the original packaging until used.
Once you have opened the product, store it in such a way that it cannot be deformed.
