Finitube - Pipe sander
The Finitube is an innovative pipesander. The powerful 1700W drive motor with adjustable speed ensures high torque at low speeds. Ideal for finishing round tubes. The combination of 3 guide wheels ensures ultimate belt tracking so that even in sharp turns, the grinding belt does not fly off the machine. The Finitube offers a 270° reach for many tube diameters, expandable to 360° in one additional operation. The ergonomic handle and Multi-V slip belt offer impressive ease of use.
Call outs:
The machine can drive any type of sanding belt, but performs best with finer grits from P80 onwards.
Tip:
To obtain the best sanding belt tracking, it is best to hold the machine as horizontally as possible and at a 90° angle to the workpiece.
Facts:
The Multi-V drive belt slips when excessive force is applied, but does not break. This keeps the operator protected at all times, without the drive belt breaking.
