The fact that this line can be used for so many applications is a direct result of its universal quality. But the emphasis is always initially on a flawless finish. It’s no surprise that the S-line is perfect for removing scratches or correcting abrasive flaws.
You can’t go wrong using these abrasive discs for pre-polishing either; this way, you’re sure to have a perfectly smooth and glossy surface. You can even remove a fine weld using the S-line.

The entire Rebel One range, on the other hand, is 100% solvent-free, VOC free compliant and contains no polymers coming from bisphenol A.

Speed
Follow the recommended speed on the product label.
- Low speed = maximum efficiency and a better finish.
- High speed = excessive heat generation & premature wear.
Angle
Change angle in function of your application.
- Flat use = better finish.
- Used on side = increased aggressive action.
Pressure
Always apply medium pressure.
- Pressure too high = excessive heat generation & premature wear.
- Pressure too low = little or no result.
"Zigzag" movement
Use the up and down motion (zig zag) to remove the weld discoloration.
Maximum efficiency
For optimum efficiency, the pores of the finishing wheels must be opened regularly.
This can be done effortlessly with our sanding file SV19030 in combination with the sanding sheet 706GR/24/V006.
