T-LINE
For all slightly more aggressive grinding work.
Aggressive grinding with fast and controlled removal of material. If this is what you require, Rebel One's T-line is without doubt the best product for you.
Perfect balance between machining and finishing
Due to its aggressive character and very hard density, the T-line is perfectly suited for deburring, or even for quick and professional grinding of slightly heavier weld seams . After all, this product line is perfectly poised between machining on the one hand and finishing on the other, with minimal loss of finish and a minimum of vibrations. This is due to its characteristic unitized features, and in addition to a uniform finish, it offers cooler grinding compared to “coated” and “bonded” abrasive materials.
The T-line can not only be used for grinding
stainless
steel, but also for
non-ferrous
materials such as aluminium.

Tips & Tricks
Speed
- Low speed = maximum efficiency and a better finish.
- High speed = excessive heat generation & premature wear.
Angle
- Flat use = better finish.
- Used on side = increased aggressive action.
Pressure
- Pressure too high = excessive heat generation & premature wear.
- Pressure too low = little or no result.
